Following a catastrophic breach at the X4 facility, mutated alien experiments have overrun a nearby cargo yard – and the New World Order task force sent to contain them has vanished. Now it’s up to you to enter the quarantine zone on a high-risk search and rescue mission.

But when the creatures strike, you’ll be forced to take cover, arm up, and fight for survival in a relentless, live-action battle to neutralise the threat.

1. What is Lock N Load?

Lock N Load is an interactive, live-action shooting experience where you take up arms to defend a rebel base. Using realistic weapons with tracer ammunition, you must hold the line and fight for survival in this high-intensity battle.

The experience also features a live stunt-show element, putting you right in the middle of the action.

Can you survive the onslaught?

2. Is there anything else to pay once I’ve booked?

No. Once you’ve paid for your Lock N Load ticket, everything you need to take part in the experience is included. There are no ammunition upgrades or other upsells during the attraction.

3. How long does the experience last?

The main experience lasts approximately 10 minutes and is packed with adrenaline-fuelled action. Be prepared for intense combat scenarios, flashing lights, loud sound effects, special effects and fast-paced action.

4. How important is arriving on time?

Very important! You must arrive at your allocated time slot so that you can be briefed, equipped and ready for battle.

If you arrive late, you risk missing your session and we may not be able to accommodate you in another one. We cannot offer refunds or reschedules for late arrivals.

5. What should I wear?

Wear comfortable clothing and sturdy footwear – you’re entering a combat zone!

Lock N Load is an outdoor attraction, so please dress appropriately for the weather. You will also be required to crawl through a tunnel to experience the fully immersive stunt-show section, so we recommend wearing clothing that you are comfortable moving around in.

6. Is it suitable for everyone?

Lock N Load is a high-intensity experience featuring loud noises, flashing and strobe lighting, smoke, special effects, physical movement and live stunt-show elements.

Participants must be aged 16 or over.

As part of the full experience, guests will be required to crawl through a tunnel to enter one section of the stunt show.

If you are unable or do not wish to crawl through the tunnel, you can still observe this section of the show, but you will not experience the fully immersive version of this part of the attraction.

7. Is the ammunition real?

No. The weapons use realistic tracer effects to create the visual appearance of firing, but there are no actual projectiles.

The system is designed to create an immersive battle experience without firing conventional ammunition.

8. Can I play with my friends?

Yes! We will keep groups together wherever possible. If you’re visiting with friends or family, please arrive together and on time to give us the best opportunity to place you in the same session.

9. Does the experience include a stunt show?

Yes. Lock N Load combines interactive gameplay with a live stunt-show element.

To experience this section in its fully immersive form, you will be required to crawl through a tunnel before entering the stunt-show area.

If you’re unable to crawl through the tunnel, don’t worry – you’ll still be able to observe the show, although you won’t experience this section in the same fully immersive way.

10. Is this a scare attraction?

Lock N Load isn’t a traditional scare attraction. It’s an interactive combat experience combined with live-action and stunt-show elements.

However, the environment is deliberately dark, intense and action-packed. Expect loud noises, explosions, smoke, flashing and strobe lighting, special effects and realistic combat-style action.

11. Can I get a refund if I change my mind or miss my time slot?

No. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Please make sure you’re comfortable with the nature of the experience, including the loud noises, lighting effects, physical elements and stunt-show content, before booking.
